The Medical University of Wrocław is one of ten centers that received funding under the Medical Research Agency competition supporting the creation and development of Clinical Research Support Centers.

The agency allocated PLN 100 million to creating a network of ten specialized Clinical Research Support Centers. Thanks to their creation, the coordination of clinical researches in Poland will improve.

The received funding will allow the Wrocław university to develop a team, purchase the equipment and necessary software to support clinical researches at the university and in the university hospital.

As a result, a new unit will be created that will use the potential dispersed in many places – scientists will work in a systematic and coordinated manner. Ultimately, a center conducting both non-commercial and commercial research will be established at the Medical University of Wrocław.
