The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) and the Medical Research Agency (ABM) have concluded a cooperation agreement aimed at supporting the internationalization and promotion of science, innovation and Polish healthcare-oriented organizations.

Today, the internationalization of Polish science is one of the greatest challenges that drive the development of national research. The way to gradually increase the visibility of national research results in the international arena is to increase the intensity of cooperation of scientists from various institutions around the world.

International cooperation of the best Polish research teams will introduce us to a new dimension of medical science. Thanks to joint NAWA and ABM grants, we will be able to use the convergent competences of both entities in order to build the highest world standards in science. Polish research teams are in no way inferior to foreign ones and I am sure that thanks to our activities we will be able to use their potential to the maximum – said the President of ABM, Dr Radosław Sierpiński.
