On January 7, 2021, the National Science Center (NCN) in cooperation with the CHIST-ERA network announced a competition for international research projects in two areas: Advanced Brain-Computer Interfaces for Novel Interactions and Towards Sustainable ICT.
Funding can be received by international consortia composed of at least 3 research teams from at least 3 countries participating in the competition. The head of the Polish team must have at least a doctoral degree.
Countries participating in the competition include: Belgium, Bulgaria, Québec (Canada), Czech Republic, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
The total amount of funds allocated by the National Science Center for the implementation of tasks by Polish research teams is 500,000. euro.
