VIA CARPATIA

The VIA CARPATIA Polytechnic Network named after the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński organises the competition of student research projects “NAUKOLATEK – Teenage Scientist”.

The aim of the Competition is to systematically involve talented secondary school students in the development of Polish science and to direct their interests towards a future scientific career.

The competition consists of two stages: a regional stage, held independently in the Lubelskie, Podkarpackie and Podlaskie voivodships, and an inter-voivodship stage during which the best regional projects will be presented.

The regional stage is open to teams consisting of three students from a secondary school from the Lubelskie, Podkarpackie or Podlaskie Voivodeships. Each team can submit one research project.

Prepared research projects may be interdisciplinary, i.e. use knowledge, skills and tools from the disciplines indicated on the websites of the universities organising the Competition, i.e. Białystok University of Technology, Lublin University of Technology and Rzeszów University of Technology.
