Naval Academy in Gdynia signed an agreement with Energa S.A. The goal is educational, scientific, cultural and environmental cooperation in the field of teaching and research and development in the security sciences, organization and management.

The cooperation will be implemented through the preparation of an educational offer by the Academy based on the analysis of the needs of the Energa Group and the expectations of the labor market. The signatories want to organize joint training, conferences, seminars and workshops.

Both parties expect efficient and effective implementation of tasks to stimulate the development of the Energa Group, strengthen human potential and activate employees. The signed agreement is to increase the quality of education of Energa Group employees, as well as shape awareness and responsibility for national security, the company’s environment and employees’ own security.
