Two more projects from the National Programme for the Development of the Humanities (NPRH) will be implemented at the University of Białystok (UwB): a literary study and a linguistic study. Researchers from the Faculty of Philology and the Department of Orthodox Theology have won a total of nearly PLN 2 million in the ‘National Heritage’ competition.
The first of the projects ‘Suprasl liturgical anthologion of Matthew the Tenth of 1507 – a scientific study and translation into Polish of the oldest liturgical manuscript from Suprasl’ will be led by Rev. Dr Marek Ławreszuk, Prof. UwB from the Department of Orthodox Theology. Funding for the implementation of this project is PLN 988,391.30.
‘Completing the edition of Tadeusz Miciński’s dispersed writings: dramas, letters, novels’ is the title of the second project that received funding from the National Programme for the Development of the Humanities in the amount of PLN 930 426.
