Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will carry out a project ‘MODULE4NCU “Raising the competences of the teaching staff at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the years 2024-2026”. The money for its implementation was received in a competition held by the National Centre for Research and Development and is provided by European funds.

The project, which will end on 1 October 2026, is aimed at obtaining or improving the competences and qualifications of teaching staff and doctoral students. The retraining programme will cover 160 people, including 140 academic staff and 20 doctoral students.

The implementation of the task has been divided into four modules: raising didactic, digital and green transformation competences, as well as exchange of experience on developing the above-mentioned competences. The first three modules will consist of practical and methodological workshops as well as language courses and training, and the fourth will include internships, study visits, conferences, and other forms of exchange of experience involving national and international trips.
