Over 13,000 people applied for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University

The first part of the application process for BA and MA studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw has ended. Over 13 thousand candidates applied for the University a thousand more than a year ago.

The applicants showed the greatest interest in studies of psychology, medicine, economics, relations and international law as well as administration. The highest growth of applicants for one place was recorded in psychology, nursing and media and cultural communication.

– We are glad that despite the ongoing pandemic, the interest in studying at the UKSW is greater than last year. More and more people are discovering the potential of our university – emphasizes the rector of the UKSW, Fr. Prof. Ryszard Czekalski.

The results of qualifying for full-time and part-time studies with qualifications will be announced on July 19.
