Kielce University of Technology and the company Balker have signed a cooperation agreement. The two entities will jointly conduct research on prefabricated building technology.

This is a solution for those who value saving time and money. Thanks to modern, environmentally friendly technology, a house can be erected anywhere and on a specific date.

“From the moment of signing the contract with the investor, the entire realisation to the developer’s state takes three months, and the assembly of the house itself takes a maximum of seven days”, says Leszek Balcerzak, owner of the Balker company.

“Scientists from the Świętokrzyski University of Technology will help the company develop an innovative technology, which is expected to allow for greater strength and durability of the buildings. Not only scientists will be involved in the project. We also want students to gain practical knowledge under the guidance of professionals at the construction site”, says the rector of the Świętokrzyski University of Technology.

The best students will be able to get employment with a Kielce-based entrepreneur.
