PhD student of the Poznań University of Economics reeives a DAAD grant

Katarzyna Ślubik, a PhD student at the Department of Monetary Policy and Financial Markets of the Poznań University of Economics, received a grant from the German Academic Exchange Center (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD) for a 3-month research stay at the University of Tübingen in Germany.

The DAAD grant is intended for graduates, doctoral students and young scientists, and its purpose is to enable the implementation of a research project at a university or non-university research unit in Germany. Thanks to the funding, the young researcher will implement the project “Cryptocurrencies as a new segment of financial investments”.

The German Academic Exchange Center is an organization dealing with international student exchange practiced by German universities. It is financed mostly from public funds of the Federal Republic of Germany.
