Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań joined the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR), a prestigious organization dealing with the promotion of research in the field of political science. This is the seventh Polish member of the ECPR.

Participation in the organization creates an incredible opportunity for all organizations conducting research within this discipline and related disciplines to internationalize it. It means the possibility of acquiring new international contacts, presenting research results during events organized by the ECPR.

ECPR was founded in 1970. It brings together over 300 institutions from almost fifty countries. The primary goal of the organization is to promote international cooperation. Membership opens up the possibility of participating in many events and activities (training courses, seminars, summer schools), an annual general conference and organizing many events independently under the auspices of ECPR.
