Professor Maksymowicz becomes adviser to Deputy Prime Minister Gowin

Professor Wojciech Maksymowicz, vice-rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn for Collegium Medicum will be the advisor to Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowina.

The Minister of Science and Higher Education appointed Prof. Wojciech Maksymowicz to the team for development of science and higher education. Professor Maksymowicz is a neurosurgeon at the University Clinical Hospital in Olsztyn, vice-rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury for Collegium Medicum and the initiator of the Olsztyn clinic Alarm Clock for adults. He declares that he will translate the effects of science into everyday practice.

The basic task of the team is to monitor the implementation of the new law on higher education, which will become applicable in Polish universities from October this year.
