Professor Victor Calo from Australia to conduct a seminar at the AGH University of Science and Technology

On January 21, 2019 at the Information Center of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Professor Victor Calo from the Curtin University in Perth, Australia will hold an open seminar on isogeometric analysis.

The seminar will be an introduction to the subject of isogeometric analysis, created by Prof. Victor Calo. Isogeometric analysis is a method of performing effective and accurate numerical simulations of various engineering problems.

Professor Victor Calo is so-called a Highly Cited Researcher. It means that it belongs to 1 percent of world’s most-cited IT scientists. There are 95 such scientists in the world, and five of them are involved in the field of isogeometric analysis.
