Project of the West Pomeranian University of Technology included into the Polish Research Infrastructure Map

24.01.2020

The project of the West Pomeranian University of Technology “Center for Advanced Materials and Engineering of Manufacturing Processes” was included into the Polish Map of Research Infrastructure. This is the only such point in north-west Poland.

The goal of the project is to create a center concentrating scientific and research potential on the basis of units of the faculty of chemical technology and engineering. The research base will help raise the profile of scientific research on the national and international levels as well as activities for the benefit of the socio-economic environment, especially in the western and northern Poland.

The Polish Research Infrastructure Map is created at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education every 4 years. The map brings together infrastructures with the highest potential for scientific excellence, consolidating research potential in fields relevant to the development of science and the country. It includes 70 infrastructures from all over Poland.
