Dr Eng. Anna Miśniakiewicz from Wrocław University of Science and Technology was among the finalists of the 22nd scientific awards of the Polityka weekly. The finalist is an architect and academic teacher at the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She is a graduate of the Wrocław university and of postgraduate studies in Service Design at SWPS and the School of Form in Poznań.
Dr Eng. Anna Miśniakiewicz is involved in sustainable development of contemporary cities, pro-social architecture, human-centred design and design in harmony with nature.
Her work focuses in particular on the ageing population and the architectural and social issues associated with it. Professionally, she works at the intersection of architecture and service design. She is a member of the accessibility auditing and certification team at the Centre for Innovation and Business at Wrocław University of Technology.
