Rzeszow University of Technology to help create classes for aircraft mechanics

The Rzeszów University of Technology will support the creation and providing aviation technician classes and avionics technician classes at the School Complex No. 2 in Łańcut. This is the result of the agreement signed between the university and the municipality in Łańcut.

Classes of the aviation industry at the School Complex No. 2 in Łańcut are the effect of the agreement signed by the Poviat Eldership in Łańcut with EME Areo.

The company, which is a joint venture of the tycoons in the aviation industry – German airlines Lufthansa and MTU Aero Engines, is building in Jasionka near Rzeszów a plant where the latest generation of aircraft engines will be serviced. Ultimately, it is planned to employ over 1,000 people, half of whom will be aircraft mechanics. The company is to help develop training programs in new classes and provide internships.
