Scientists of the Poznań University of Economics and Business write monograph published by Routledge

Their monograph describing the role and effectiveness of labor market institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, was written and edited by the scientists of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and was published by the prestigious Routledge publishing house.

“Labor Market Institutions and Productivity. Labor utilization in Central and Eastern Europe “explains how labor market institutions can increase the use of labor resources, showing which countries have managed to create an institutional framework for the labor market influencing favorably the use of the labor force and how to reform institutions in the Eastern Europe to increase the use of labor resources.

The book was edited by Dr Beata Woźniak-Jęchorek and Dr Michał Pilc. In 12 chapters, it presents the analyzed issues both from the comparative perspective of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, as well as individual case studies. The work was created in cooperation with 21 scientists from 7 countries.
