Professors Agnieszka Noszczyk-Nowak and Wojciech Niżański from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences joined the 30 Creative Persons of Wrocław – important, brave and successful people in the areas of culture and art, business, society and science.

Professor Noszczyk-Nowak specializes in animal cardiology, dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs, a genetic heart disease that generally affects large breed dogs. Professor Niżański manages the Department of Reproduction and the Farm Animals Clinic. He is a veterinarian who focuses primarily on the treatment of dogs and cats, and his team deals with the reproduction of endangered animal species using in vitro techniques.
