Agnieszka Chaber, a student of Aviation and Cosmonautics of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aviation at the Rzeszów University of Technology (PRz), was awarded in the “CPK Innowacje” competition for her application of a smart passenger assistance system “AirPort City Kompass”.

The competition was announced by the deputy minister of infrastructure, the government plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port, Marcin Horała. The aim of the competition was to select solutions for the implementation of smart transport systems, smart city, multimodality as well as social and environmental innovations under the Central Communication Port program.

Agnieszka Chaber was awarded in the “Smart City” category for the application of the smart passenger assistance system “AirPort City Kompass”. The application will allow users to find parking spaces, food bars, toilets, check-in gates or the appropriate platform.
