The Society of Friends of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) has been implementing the project Academy of Polish Diaspora Citizen Journalists since June this year. It includes 400 hours of training for participants from fifteen countries around the world. 

The final of the project is the Congress of Civic Journalists, which will take place from November 15 to November 25, with the participation of special guests: Prof. Jerzy Bralczyk, editor Magdalena Wolińska-Riedi, editor Rafał Stańczyk, editor Sławomir Wróbel and photographer Maks Strzeczkowski.

The academic partners of the project are the Academy of Modern Media and Communication of the Catholic University of Lublin and the Institute of Journalism and Management of the Catholic University of Lublin.

The project ” Polish Diaspora Citizen Journalists” is financed by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister as part of the Polonia and Poles Abroad 2021 competition.
