The National Science Center (NCN) in cooperation with the CHIST-ERA network is launching a competition for international research projects. It is the ninth time that Polish scientists can receive funding through the National Science Center for research conducted with foreign partners in information and communication technologies.

The call will include the following areas: Nano-Opto-Electro-Mechanical Systems for ICT (NOEMS) and Foundations for Misbehaviour Detection and Mitigation Strategies in Online Social Networks and Media (OSNEM).

Only international consortia composed of at least 3 research teams from at least 3 countries participating in the call may submit applications to the NCN.

In the CHIST-ERA Call 2021 competition, they can receive funds for remuneration for the research team, remuneration and scholarships for students or doctoral students, purchase or production of research equipment and for other costs related to the implementation of the project.

Participants in the competition include partners from: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Great Britain.
