The application submitted by the consortium of the University of Warsaw, the Ministry of Finance and the University of Economics in Poznań “Monitoring the innovative activity of companies and assessment of the effects of regulations as support for economic policy” came second on the ranking list of the Gospostrateg program of the National Center for Research and Development.
The main goals of the project are expected to develop instruments for assessing the effects of tax solutions for the development of innovation in enterprises and entrepreneurship of natural persons, to define methods to improve the quality of information systems for tax records and balance of payments, and to reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs.
Scientists also want to estimate the scale of the phenomenon of international profit transfer related to intellectual property rights and assess the effects of spillover of foreign companies on the innovation and competitiveness of domestic companies. The amount of funding for the consortium is over PLN 2.8 million.
