The University of Gdansk has been selected to participate in the program LOTUS Leadership Development in the framework of financed by the Union European project LOTUS (Leadership and Organization for Teaching and Learning at the European Universities).

Leadership Development offers European higher education institutions the opportunity to tackle the key learning and teaching challenges they face today by fostering the capacity and competence to implement a systemic approach to improvement.

The program will start in October and will be run until June 2022. During this period, participants will work on their own plans for implementing and managing change in learning and teaching. They will also have the opportunity to exchange experiences and compare solutions proposed by various institutions across Europe in relation to similar problems and challenges.
