University of Humanities and Life Sciences in Częstochowa won over 73 thousand PLN for the implementation of the project “Have you known this country, where lemon grows … Poland for A”. The money will be received from the program “Promotion of the Polish language” organized by the National Agency for Academic Exchange. 

The aim of the project is to spread knowledge about Polish culture, literature and music and learning Polish in practical communication as a foreign language for a selected group of Polish philology students from L’Università degli Studi di Napoli “L’Orientale” in Italy.

The planned activities include classes in Naples on Polish culture and the Polish language, workshops on reading cultural texts, as well as a Polish language course for Italian students carried out in Częstochowa, combined with workshops on cultural heritage and history.
