The National Agency for Academic Exchange has decided to finance projects that will be implemented in 2021-22 by Polish and Chinese academic and scientific institutions. The group of beneficiaries includes a project of the Jan Długosz University of Humanities and Sciences in Częstochowa.

Thanks to the funding, Polish and Chinese scientists will carry out the project “Experimental and theoretical studies of the energy structure of transition metal ions in phosphor materials for light generation”.

The research will be carried out by scientists and doctoral students from the Department of Theoretical Physics of the University of Częstochowa and on the Chinese side, a research group from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications led by Prof. Chong-Geng Ma.
