An agreement on a grant for this purpose was signed by the Rector of the university, Prof. Marek Masnyk, and the Mayor of Opole, Arkadiusz Wisniewski.

‘The issue of equal access to jobs for women and men and gender equality is a very important topic, above all in practice, but also in research. I am very pleased that this project will be implemented’, says Professor Marek Masnyk.

Carried out using a survey method, the anonymous research will begin in June and will last until the end of 2023. They will have a broad scope and will be conducted at Opole city hall, municipal organisational units and municipal companies, such as the Municipal Road Authority, kindergartens or schools.
