The University of Silesia in Katowice became the leader of the consortium implementing the project “E-learning prospects for humanities / Elephant”. Project is financed by the Erasmus + program and will be carried out for two years.
The aim of the project is to diagnose the needs related to remote teaching, to analyze good practices in the area of the so-called distance learning and stimulating virtual forms of cooperation and communication, as well as preparing a practical toolkit for academic teachers, which will support everyday work with students and doctoral students. The work will also include short training programs for academics and dissemination events.
The project will be implemented in a prestigious international partnership, consisting of: Presovska Univerzita v Presove (Slovakia), Kazimiero Simonaviciaus Universitetas (Lithuania), Universita Degli Studi di Salerno (Italy) and Zapadoceska Univerzita v Plznie (Czech Republic.
