For the first time in history, the summer school of Polish language, literature and culture, organized in August by the School of Polish Language and Culture of the University of Silesia, will be held online. Academic teachers will conduct classes using modern messengers and Internet platforms.
Participants from Armenia, Brazil, China, Guatemala, Indonesia, Germany, Nigeria, Palestine and Ukraine will have 4 hours of intensive learning of the Polish language, as well as lectures and seminars on literature, culture, art, history, politics, language games and film, theater and poetry meetings as well as music and culinary workshops.
The program also includes interactive trips to Cieszyn, Warsaw, Krakow and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, which will be pre-recorded and composed mini-documentaries as well as real-time virtual visits with teachers and guides.
