The Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (KRASP) in June 2022 celebrates 25 years of its existence. The jubilee celebrations take place at the University of Warsaw on June 9-10.
KRASP is a representative institution of the higher education and science community. It was established on June 7, 1997.
Currently, the Conference is composed of rectors of 109 universities, including 10 non-public universities. 8 schools have the status of associated universities. KRASP members are public universities, also non-public academic universities, and non-academic (vocational) universities entitled to conduct Master’s studies may apply for the status of an associate university.
The aim of KRASP is to inspire and coordinate the cooperation of member universities, as well as represent the common interests of academic universities and act for the development of higher education, science and culture.
