The University of Zielona Góra has established cooperation with the Lubuski Metal Cluster Association. The agreement provides for the partners to use their scientific, technical and organizational potential.

Joint activities will be carried out in the field of conducting scientific research, organizing research laboratories, implementing innovative projects, joint participation in research programs of the Ministry of Education and Science, the European Union, and in projects financed from structural and Community funds, as well as commercialization of the results of development works and research scientific.

Both institutions will also cooperate in order to improve the qualifications, skills and competences of employees, including students and graduates of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zielona Góra through promoting topics and preparing diploma theses, organizing student apprenticeships and internships as well as internships for graduates.
