The VIA CARPATIA Polytechnic Network named after the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński, comprising the Białystok University of Technology, the Lublin University of Technology and the Rzeszów University of Technology, has announced the first “Emerging Innovators” competition, which is aimed at secondary school students.

The ‘Emerging Innovators’ competition is organised as part of the Biznak activity – developing and supporting the commercialisation activity of secondary school students.  It is one of the 10 programmes implemented as part of the ‘President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński’s VIA CARPATIA Polytechnic Network’, which aims to establish lasting, systemic cooperation between secondary schools, polytechnics and businesses in the VIA CARPATIA region.

The organisers emphasise that the implementation of a programme aimed at identifying talents in secondary school students will respond to the needs of entrepreneurs, and encouraging young people to solve specific technical, functional or technological problems submitted by enterprises will enable young people to acquire practical skills.
