The Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences would like to invite to participate in the Scientific Conference “Institutional Partnership in Shaping Nutritional Behaviours in Concern for Public Health” dedicated to Prof. Stanisław Berger on the 100th anniversary of his birth. The event will take place on 14 September 2023.

The main topics of the conference are: Healthy lifestyles in the prevention of diet-related diseases; Responsible food production, distribution and consumption; Technological and product innovations in the food sector; Nutrition education for sustainable development; The role of institutional partnerships in ensuring food security.

The first session of the Conference will be dedicated to honouring the 100th anniversary of the birth of Prof. Stanisław Berger, a pioneer of the science of human nutrition in Poland and founder of the first faculty in the country educating specialists in human nutrition.
