Warsaw University of Technology students win WorldSkills Poland competition in the Industry 4.0 category

Students of the Faculty of Mechatronics of the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT): Kamil Kwiatkowski and Przemysław Rył took first place in the qualifying round of the WorldSkills Poland Lublin 2021 competition in the Industry 4.0 category. They will represent Poland at the international WorldSkills Shanghai 2022 competition.

WorldSkills is an international competition of professional skills and the largest event of this type in Poland. Every two years, the best participants take part in the World Championship, which takes place in different parts of the globe (in 2022 it will be held in Shanghai). The organization itself currently associates 85 countries, having organized already 45 competitions.

The competition categories organized for the first time in Poland included: Industry 4.0, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity and Mobile Robotics.
