From 5 to 8 September 2023, the International Defence Industry Exhibition will be held in Kielce, where Warsaw University of Technology (PW) will present its technological solutions.
In total, the Warsaw-based university will present 12 projects, which represent only a small part of PW’s work on defence industry issues and its borderlands.
They will include a modular control system for quantum computer infrastructure, radar station jamming systems, high-resolution radars, or two rocket research platforms – Artemida and Orion1, with the help of which various systems and rocket components can be tested in real conditions.
‘For those branches of the economy that are looking for new and unobvious solutions, the Warsaw University of Technology is a natural partner in research, development and implementation work, and the defence industry is certainly one of the sectors that are open to innovation’, said the Vice-Chancellor for Development of the Warsaw University of Technology, Professor Adam Woźniak.
