08.02.2021

On February 17, the City of Wrocław and the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency are inviting participants to an on-line seminar on the impact of artificial intelligence on the development of cities and metropolitan areas. The main theme of the meeting will be the urban, social dimension of technology, AI solutions used by Munich and Wrocław and the business offer for cities in this area.

New technologies change the way of managing the cities: they enable the acquisition and analysis of huge amounts of data, help in making decisions, and reduce costs. The crisis caused by the pandemic has significantly accelerated the use of IT tools for non-contact customer service and distance learning.

The list of invited guests includes specialists in the field of AI: Robert Kroplewski – plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digitization for the information society, Prof. Włodzisław Duch (Nicolaus Copernicus University), Prof. Przemysław Kazienko (Wrocław University of Science and Technology).
