The Wrocław University of Economics and the District Dairy Cooperative in Koło will prepare and implement a joint research and development project as part of a competition in the government programme NUTRITECH – nutrition in the light of the challenges of improving society’s well-being and climate change.
The main objective of the NUTRITECH programme is to increase the availability of products and solutions for proper nutrition by 2030 through the implementation of R&D results, taking into account the principles of sustainable development.
According to the signatories, signing an agreement to establish a consortium to jointly conduct research and development work will allow for the creation of lasting and meaningful relations between the parties in the areas of science and business, aimed at implementing innovative solutions in the field of designing new foods with health-promoting qualities.
