The John Paul II Academy of Applied Sciences – Department of Physiotherapy in Biala Podlaska is organising the 1st National Scientific Conference “Complementary disciplines of physiotherapy” on 25-26 May 2023.

The aim of the conference is to present trends and results of the latest scientific research in the field of complementary disciplines of physiotherapy, with an indication of their practical and applied dimension in the context of strengthening the professional competence of physiotherapists. 

The organisers are inviting participants to the event representatives of medical, social, natural, technical and other sciences who, with their activities, can participate in the process of comprehensive rehabilitation and strengthen the functional reserves of patients.

The conference will include workshops on art therapy, animal therapy and new challenges in human and animal clinical physiotherapy. Research and review papers will be presented in Polish in thematic sessions and a poster session.
