Authorities of the University of Warsaw (UW) met with representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish institutions. Discussions held concerned deepening cooperation in the exchange of students and academics.

Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, Rector of the UW, met with Gunway Afadiyeva, President of the International Foundation for Turkish Culture and Heritage, Etibar Abdullayev, Deputy Mission Director of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Poland, and Prof. Ayadan Khandan, Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at Baku State University.

“Warsaw University is open to cooperation with universities in Turkey and Azerbaijan, especially in terms of academic exchange in disciplines such as management, economics, political science, history or engineering sciences, among others. Students coming to the University as part of student exchange have the opportunity to learn about the local culture and business principles in order to be able to continue cooperation with our country after graduation”, said Prof. Alojzy Z. Nowak, Rector of the UW.
