The Foreign Language Center of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology obtained the accreditation of the Association of Academic Centers for Teaching Foreign Languages (SERMO) with a distinctive grade. The study is the first center in Poland to obtain this certificate.

SERMO accreditation is a system of uniform evaluation of the quality of education in academic language centers based on the quality criteria and standards adopted by the association. The condition for obtaining it is meeting the criteria and quality standards of language education, and obtaining it is to guarantee the achievement of a high-quality process of teaching foreign languages at universities.

Operating since 2006, the Association of Academic Centers for Teaching Foreign Languages brings together the management of foreign language teaching centers. The priority of the organization is to improve the quality of foreign language teaching and to implement good practices in this area.
