Gdynia-based company showing its display system at the Berlinische Galerie in Berlin

29.01.2021

At the Berlinische Galerie in Berlin until April visitors can see the exhibition of GASAG award winner Marc Bauer. In his work, the artist used a system of displays made of electronic paper, created by the MpicoSys company from the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia.

Every day, e-paper is used in devices such as e-book readers, but also in timetables and numbering places in public spaces. One of the information walls made by Mpico engineers is located at the United Nations headquarters in New York and is considered the largest in the world.

This time, the e-paper technology was used by the German artist Marc Bauer, who honored with an individual exhibition by the jury of the GASAG Art Prize. The Berlin gallery presents his extensive installations consisting of large murals, works on paper, animated drawings and sounds.
