Polish-Korean agreement on scientific and research cooperation

A ceremonial signing of an agreement between NCBR and KETEP – Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning took place at the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR). 

Under the agreement, NCBR and KETEP intend to prepare and announce joint competitions for R&D projects. The multilateral cooperation activities involving the agencies are expected to bring tangible technological and economic benefits to the energy technology.

“Energy technologies are extremely important in view of the future and the following climate change. At the same time, it is an opportunity to promote the Polish R&D sector, present projects and products of Polish industry, business, the scientific community or the activities of NCRD”, said Dr Paweł Kuch, acting director of the National Centre for Research and Development, who signed the agreement. On behalf of the Korean partner, the document was signed by KETEP President Ki-Yeoung Kweon.
