The DATAMITE project – ‘Data Monetisation, Interoperability, Trading & Exchange’ – has been launched as part of the EU’s Horizon Europe framework programme for research and innovation. The initiative is being implemented by a consortium of 26 partners from 12 countries. Among the institutions implementing the project is the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Centre (PSNC).

The main objective of the DATAMITE project is to empower European companies by providing modular, open, multi-domain and multi-commodity solutions to improve monetisation, interoperability in commerce and data exchange. Work in the project will focus on three different implementations in areas such as agriculture, energy, industry and manufacturing, as well as climate.

Within the framework of the project, PSNC is responsible for pilot – implementations, and also implements, together with the Wielkopolski Ośrodek Doradztwa Rolniczego and the IDFS company, an agricultural pilot.
