Researcher from the Poznań University of Economics becomes a member of the board of the European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy

Dr Beata Woźniak-Jęchorek, Professor at the Poznań University of Economics from the Department of Macroeconomics and Development Studies, has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of The European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy (EAEPE) for the term 2024-2026. She will be joined on the Board by researchers from the UK, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and Spain.

EAEPE, is one of the most important associations of heterodox economists in the world and the second largest association of economists in Europe. It provides a forum for social scientists, bringing together institutional and evolutionary economists working on a realist approach to economic theory and economic policy.

The association organises annual conferences, seminars and summer schools, publishes the journal The Review of Evolutionary Political Economy (REPE) in the Springer group and sponsors the Journal of Institutional Economics published by Cambridge University Press.
