The University of Opole presented its educational offer at educational fairs organized by the National Agency for Academic Exchange in Guangzhou and Chengdu in China.

Nine Polish universities participated in the fair, where they competed with the offer of Spanish, Canadian, Czech and many other universities. The consulates of the Republic of Poland in Guangzhou and Chengdu joined the campaign for Chinese students at Polish universities by organizing meetings of representatives of Polish universities with agencies recruiting Chinese students interested in foreign studies and Polish universities.

Over 40 students from China study at Opole University, and another 50 are ready to arrive in the next academic year. During the meeting at the Polish consulate in Chengdu, the director of the Chinese Institute of Chinese Education – Weilin Chen started discussion on the realities of the Chinese education market pointed to the Opole university as exemplary Polish partner.
