Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Ankara University to discuss cooperation opportunities

The authorities of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) met with a delegation from Ankara Üniversitesi (Ankara University).

The talks were attended by delegations from both universities with the rectors: SGGW Prof. Michał Zasada and Ankara University Prof. Necdet Ünüvar.

The visit of the delegation from was an opportunity to learn more about the opportunities and prospects for development of both universities. At the meeting, opportunities for joint research were discussed, as well as the potential for conducting academic exchanges. An important thread in the discussion was European universities and the challenges and benefits they present.

International cooperation occupies an important place in the activities of SGGW. In 2022, the international cooperation of the Warsaw university was implemented on the basis of more than 400 agreements. The university cooperates with a total of around 300 foreign partners on all continents. Around 1,200 staff and students go abroad every year.
