Gdańsk scientists’ projects co-financed under the Innovation Incubator 2.0

Four projects of scientists of the Medical University of Gdańsk received funding under the Innovation Incubator 2.0 program implemented in consortium with the Gdańsk University of Technology, the University of Gdańsk and the special purpose company of the Gdańsk University of Technology Excento Sp. z o.o.

The co-financed projects include “Innovative device for applying intelligent markers in medicine, including surgical treatment of cancer”, “Research on substances with potential anti-Parkinson activity”, “Development of a toothpaste recipe for children containing probiotic bacteria that reduces the risk of developing caries” and “New antibacterial peptidomimetics as potential drugs to help heal infected wounds.”

The Innovation Incubator 2.0 is a program of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, financed from European funds. Its implementation supports the development of entrepreneurship and strengthening of technology transfer from public scientific centers to the economy.
