The National Institute of Telecommunications – National Research Institute (PIB) in Warsaw, together with the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, are implementing the project “Efficient mobile telecommunications as a key to development and security”, which will explain 5G technology to Poles.

Before the summer holidays, the National Institute of Telecommunications – PIB will launch the first training sessions dedicated to local government officials. They will mainly deal with issues related to the investment process of base stations, but also soft skills, which will be useful in the course of discussions with residents.

Another group that will be educated are journalists of local and national media to be aware of the difficult matter of telecommunications and issues related to the electromagnetic field.

The project also involves the preparation of a textbook supporting the study of physics in primary schools to learn kids to understand how the mobile telephone network works and what it means for their life.
