New laboratory of the Silesian University of Technology established in cooperation with the industry

Research on the impact of post-accidental spine injuries and creating robots helping medical staff to care for the sick will be possible thanks to the Leonardo Lab, established at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at the Silesian University of Technology.

The solutions created in the Leonardo Lab are interdisciplinary and practical applications, providing better care for health and the support for medical personnel in the fight against diseases.

Leonardo Lab is an example of cooperation between Polish universities and industry. It was established due to the cooperation of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at the Gliwice university with the APA Group, which is one of the leaders on the intelligent industrial automation market.
