University of Silesia becomes the leader of the consortium of implementers of the Innovation Incubator 4.0 project

The University of Silesia in Katowice is the leader of the consortium of implementers of the Innovation Incubator 4.0 project. The aim of the activities is to support the process of managing the results of scientific research and development works in the field of commercialization.

The remaining members of the consortium include a special purpose vehicle of the University of Silesia – SPIN-US and the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Over PLN 2 million will be allocated to the project, of which PLN 1.9 million is granted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The implementation of the program is to contribute to the promotion of scientific achievements, increasing their impact on the development of innovation and strengthening cooperation between the scientific community and the economic environment. To this end, the consortium is planning a number of projects enabling synergy of activities, exchange of experience and good practices, networking of research teams and the use of the organizational potential of a special purpose vehicle.
